Spending the night swimming on the clear water is great. The resort is open until 7:00 in the morning the following day. It’s a great trip with your peers or even with your family especially for those who want to enjoy their weekend. Kids would also enjoy their white sand playground. If you want to chill by the sea, they have hammocks by the sea that you could use for free. And oh please don’t miss the water slides, it’s really fun. Safety is not a problem because the resort is enclosed with a net which means that guest are not allowed beyond the net because it’s dangerous.

Pandanon Island

Pandanon Island sits in the middle of a vast blue Camotes sea and is part of Getafe in Northern Bohol, Philippines. It used to be a hidden paradise as the locals described it. But as years go by, slowly the island was known to the community. In fact it is one of the tourist destinations by a lot of tourist (foreigners mostly). You can rent motorized boats from Bohol or from any point in Mactan, Cebu from Punta Engano and to any of the beach resorts in Maribago, Agus or Marigondon, to the southern part of Cordova. Prices starts at P3,500.00 for a 30-person sized boat but it will vary depending on season and boat size.

Warren’s beach resort is the perfect place for a vacation for those who are affected by the Global Economic Crisis. Although the place is not so expensive but the quality of service, food and water are more than what you’re paying. We phoned the resort 2 days before our planned vacation for room reservation and other inquiries. The staff was very pleasant over the phone and she explained everything needed for our weekend getaway. Hours before our planned arrival at the place, the staff called us to ask if we were coming and if we haven’t forgot what we need to bring and informed us that they have already prepared our Ocean View room.

When we arrived, the place was wonderful, it was clean and relaxing. We went up to the room and saw that the room was neat and tidy. Not only that, it is indeed an ocean view room because you could really see the beautiful beach and it’s horizon from the room. We had a 10minute rest and then went down to play billiards and unluckily I lost to my girlfriend. Grrr…

After the game, we changed to our bathing outfit and went to the small but clean pool and had a shot of wine for us to feel good. At 6pm, we started to grill our pork and prepared our dinner. Then watched TV, and then rested. Ah, what a day!

The next day, the sun was shining in front of our window which of course awakened us. It was 6:00 in the morning and you could really feel and breathe the morning air. The beach was so calm and inviting and then hunger gets in our way.

So we went to Warren’s Beach Resort’s small restaurant to have some breakfast. They have given us their menu and were surprise to see that they have different dishes to choose from. I was expecting to see just a couple of choices for a small restaurant like them. But anyways, the food was really good and had given us the perfect meal for the day.

After our breakfast we rested for a while at our room, watched TV, drink some beers and then packed our baggage and went home very satisfied. Two thumbs up for the service and cleanliness of the place.
